Welcome to the Australian Political Exchange Council's website.

Each year, the Council offers a number of Australia's young political leaders, nominated by the major political parties, the opportunity to participate in an overseas study program. These study tours, which provide delegates with unique insights into different political systems and cultures, are of immense value in terms of both professional and personal development.

The Council also hosts incoming delegations of young political leaders from our exchange partners overseas.

The Council looks forward to continuing to provide enriching opportunities for Australia's young political leaders and to building on our exchange relationships. We also look forward to the continued support and involvement of our former delegates whose participation is an integral part of the Council's exchange programs.
